I’m Olga Konovalova — Career Evolution Strategist and founder of Inner Fire.
My international career spans Quality Assurance, R&D Quality Management and global specification management across FMCG and cocoa trading, including roles with Mondelez/Kraft, Danone, Refresco and Upfield. Today, I also work with Dietz Cacao Trading. Across Ukraine and the Netherlands, I have led complex projects, improved systems and helped people turn uncertainty into a clear plan.
That is the thinking I bring to mentoring: a wide-angle view, careful analysis and enough warmth to make the honest questions possible. I will not tell you who to become. I will help you see what is already there — and decide what deserves to come next.
